REFUND POLICY

Floratech Inc strives to provide the best customer service. As a real brick-and-morter flower shop we understand and appreciate the concerns of Internet shoppers regarding the security and proper fulfillment of their orders. We have established this return/refund policy to provide our customers with a complete understanding of how replacement of orders or refunds are processed:

  1. If any customer claims an order was not delivered, we ask that we be given at least 24-48 hours to determined what occurred.

  2. If it is determined that the arrangement did not arrive at the specified service, it is our policy to provide you with a refund.

  3. If an order is filled and delivered on time and there is a question as to the quality of the arrangement we will gladly replace the arrangement provided there is sufficient time prior to the service. To request a replacement, we must be contacted within 24 hours of delivery. It is the responsibility of the recipients to follow any care instructions provided since flowers are perishable. No refunds or replacements will be made for any unless notifications were made by recipients or senders within 3 days of the original service date. Every effort has been made to make the link to this page visible to customers. It is the responsibility of the consumer to review the refund and replacement policy posted prior to requesting a refund or replacement.

  4. If an order is filled and it is determined that inappropriate or unauthorized substitution was made, Floratech will replace the arrangement.

  5. Floratech will refund any purchase if we fail to provide a resolution to any problems that occur during the preparation and/or delivery of the item.

  6. Floratech reserves the right to reject any orders that are questionable or possibly fraudulent. When Floratech receives an order, we review the entire order and a phone call will be placed to the purchaser should any information seem out of order.

  7. All cancellations to Floratech orders must be made 2 hours prior to the delivery. If the cancellation is received after the delivery, no refund can be issued.

  8. Floratech is not responsible for any order the recipient refuses to accept. Floratech will not issue refunds to any customer when the recipient will not accept the item or refuses delivery.
